The Beginners Course (1 hour) is perfect if you’re starting your Salsa journey or want to solidify your foundation. You’ll learn the fundamental steps, turns, and partner work, while discovering the playful energy, smooth moves, and unique rhythm of Cuban Salsa. We’ll teach you to feel the music, connect with your partner, and express yourself freely on the dance floor.

What is Cuban Salsa?
Cuban Salsa (known as Casino) is a dynamic, social dance rooted in Afro-Cuban music and culture. It’s characterized by its circular movements, smooth turns, and playful partner work. Cuban Salsa emphasizes improvisation, allowing you to connect with your partner and express the energy of the music. The dance flows with the rhythm, switching between fast and slow tempos, creating a vibrant and fun atmosphere on the dance floor.
